Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing cloud and AI projects, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, oversee project timelines, and ensure successful delivery of complex technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning:Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, resource allocation, objectives, deliverables, and milestones.
- Team Leadership:Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, monitor task progress, and ensure effective team collaboration.
- Stakeholder Management:Act as the primary liaison for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparent communication.
- Risk Management:Identify risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively manage issues affecting project success.
- Budget Management:Create and manage project budgets, track expenses, and report performance to ensure delivery within financial constraints.
- Quality Assurance:Implement best practices to ensure high standards of quality in all deliverables and drive continuous improvement.
- Documentation:Maintain comprehensive project records, including plans, status reports, and change logs.
- Technical Expertise:Apply knowledge of cloud and AI technologies to provide technical support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Experience:Minimum 2 years of project management experience, preferably in cloud and AI-focused environments.
- Education:Master’s degree in Business Administration. PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications are a plus.
- Technical & Management Skills:Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP; strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills; proficiency in tools like Jira, MS Project, Trello, and Confluence.
