Role Overview
As a Technical Writer at Coredge, you will create and maintain high-quality documentation that supports our clients in understanding and utilizing our cloud and AI solutions. Working cross-functionally with engineering, product, and marketing teams, your role is to translate technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly content.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and Maintain Documentation:Develop and update user manuals, API documentation, installation guides, FAQs, release notes, and internal documentation in alignment with product development.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work with engineers, product managers, and designers to gather technical details and ensure accurate representation of features.
- Technical Research:Stay up to date with cloud computing and AI trends. Conduct SME interviews to enhance the technical depth of documentation.
- Content Strategy:Align content plans with business goals, identify gaps, and continuously improve the content experience.
- Review and Feedback:Edit and proofread content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency. Gather user feedback and implement changes accordingly.
Requirements
- Educational Background:Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience:Minimum 2 years of technical writing experience, preferably in cloud computing or AI domains. Experience with API documentation and RESTful APIs is preferred.
- Skills & Tools:Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient with Markdown, Confluence, Git, Kubernetes, and familiarity with OpenStack, OpenShift, and CMS platforms.

- Communication:Ability to explain complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Team Collaboration:Effective collaboration with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality documentation.
